Thomas M. Feldman

Thomas M. Feldman, Senior Project Manager, is a financial and economic consultant with more than 7 years of experience in the energy industry. He has provided strategic, financial and regulatory advisory services to clients in the areas of corporate transactions, asset divestitures and acquisitions, strategic and financial assessments, energy market analysis, corporate and asset valuations, and ratemaking strategy at both federal and state levels. He has worked on all aspects of divestiture and acquisition transactions for both nuclear and fossil assets, including strategic options review, regulatory assessments, market outreach, asset valuation, auction management, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Mr. Feldman has authored numerous client-specific financial models, often utilizing statistical software, to help clients in the areas of merger and acquisition evaluation, cost/benefit analysis and business strategy. Mr. Feldman has also supported expert testimony on a wide range of energy-related issues. Prior to joining Concentric, Mr. Feldman was a utilities sector portfolio manager for State Street Global Advisors. Mr. Feldman received his B.A. in Economics from Union College in Schenectady, NY and his M.B.A. from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
