Stephen H. Caldwell, Senior Consultant, has more than seven years of experience conducting policy analysis and providing strategy, general management, and regulatory consulting services. Prior to joining Concentric, Mr. Caldwell served as a Senior Fellow at the Pew Center on Global Climate Change, a leading energy and environmental policy think tank, where he worked on issues related to the electric power sector, including: existing and proposed state and federal climate and energy policies, energy and economic modeling, and technology evaluation.  Mr. Caldwell holds a B.A. in Chemistry and Physics from Harvard University and a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University.
