Robert B. Hevert, President, is a financial and economic consultant with broad experience in the energy and utility industries.  He has an extensive background in the areas of corporate strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, asset and business unit valuation, rate and regulatory matters, energy market assessment, and project development. Mr. Hevert has provided expert testimony on a wide range of strategic, financial and economic matters on numerous occasions before several state and federal regulatory agencies.  He previously served as a Managing Director of Navigant Consulting, Inc., a Vice President of Reed Consulting Group, a financial officer for Bay State Gas Company, and in the revenue requirements area at General Telephone Company of the South.  Mr. Hevert is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a graduate of the University of Delaware, and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
