Jane Michalek, Vice President, is a business consultant with 30 years of experience in the international natural gas and LNG industries.  She has served in operating, commercial, and business development functions throughout her career.  Ms. Michalek held executive positions in portfolio management, commercial operations, commodity and currency risk management, shipping, supply, and business development for GDF SUEZ Corporation and has been based in Boston, Houston, London and, most recently, Paris.  Prior to working for GDF SUEZ (formerly Cabot LNG, Tractebel and SUEZ Energy), Ms. Michalek was responsible for gas supply planning, acquisition, and control for a major New England gas company.  She has an MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
