Daniel Dane

Daniel Dane, Project Manager, has more than seven years experience in energy, litigation consulting, and financial advisory services. He has provided strategic, financial and regulatory advisory services to clients in the areas of asset divestitures and acquisitions, litigation, market power studies, and ratemaking. He has worked on many aspects of divestiture and acquisition transactions for both nuclear and fossil generation, electric transmission, and natural gas storage assets, including asset valuation, market studies, auction management, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and regulatory approval. Mr. Dane has also advised energy clients and drafted financial analyses related to litigation matters including contract breach and tax disputes. In addition, Mr. Dane has supported expert testimony on a wide range of energy-related issues. Prior to joining Concentric, Mr. Dane was an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP, and a consultant with ZIA Information Analysis Group in San Francisco, California. Mr. Dane is a Certified Public Accountant, has a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY and received his M.B.A. from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA.
