Paul D. O'Rourke, Executive Advisor, has more than 30 years of experience in consulting and general management. His experience includes strategy development, asset valuation and repositioning, technology and market assessment, marketing management, and organization assessment. Mr. O’Rourke has served in managerial and executive positions with several internationally known energy consulting firms, and he has worked in all segments of the energy industry, including electricity, oil, natural gas, coal, and renewable resources. He also has broad expert testimony experience. In recent years, Mr. O’Rourke provided management advice on market power and competitive issues in support of mergers in the power industry. Mr. O’Rourke obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
