J. Frank Russell, Senior Vice President, is a financial professional with more than 25 years of experience as a banker and advisor to the electric power and natural gas industries. Mr. Russell has advised companies in the US as well as in Europe in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financial and corporate strategy, regulatory issues, dividend policy, equity, debt, and structured finance, and privatization. He spent 14 years with Bankers Trust Company in New York as both a commercial and investment banker to the power industry and managed the bank’s Western Energy Group. Following that, he worked in the investment banking group of Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York and London, where he headed the firm’s European utility investment banking practice. Prior to joining Concentric in 2002, he worked for Mercer Management Consulting in that firm’s utilities consulting practice and for Enermetrix. Mr. Russell has B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
