Concentric Vice President to Present at EUCI's Due Diligence for Solar PV Projects Seminar

Prescott Hartshorne, Vice President, is presenting at EUCI's Due Diligence for Solar PV Projects seminar on: “The Who, What and How of Due Diligence for Solar PV.”  Specifically, Mr. Hartshorne will address how due diligence programs vary depending on who is buying, whether they are buying an asset or a developer, in what development stage the asset is in, and whether they are investing debt or equity. The seminar is being held at the Tremont Plaza Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland on June 14 & 15, 2011.

Prescott C. Hartshorne, Vice President, is a financial and economic consultant with more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry.  He has provided financial and strategic advisory services in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, asset divestitures and purchases, strategic planning, corporate and asset valuation, energy market analysis, and rate and regulatory matters to clients across North America.  Mr. Hartshorne has recently led assignments regarding a client’s New England energy import strategy; conducting due diligence on various renewable energy projects; drafting ROE testimony regarding a California transmission line; valuing a wind project developer in the Pacific Northwest; providing an assessment of renewable generation alternatives for a Midwestern city; and providing corporate strategic analysis for a Canadian utility.  Before joining Concentric, Mr. Hartshorne led consulting teams in the energy and utilities strategy practices of FTI Consulting and Navigant Consulting.  Mr. Hartshorne has also served in the Treasury area of National Grid US, formerly NEES, where he had responsibility for acquisition analysis and project financing.  He has also held corporate lending positions at Chemical Bank and Fleet Bank.  Mr. Hartshorne holds a B.A. in Economics from Hobart College, and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
