Corporate History

Concentric Energy Advisors was founded in 2002 by a small group of executive-level consultants that were committed to establishing a mid-sized energy consulting firm whose capabilities and reputation were unsurpassed by any firm in North America. All of Concentric’s founders, and many of its staff members, have worked together at previous consulting firms, including REED Consulting Group. Several members of our team have been together for more than 25 years.

Since its inception, Concentric has grown more than five-fold, and has significantly expanded its service offerings, while remaining focused on achieving the highest standards of consulting excellence in the energy field. In 2004, Concentric created CE Capital Advisors Inc., a financial advisory and securities firm, which has further expanded Concentric’s abilities to meet its clients’ transactional and financing needs.CE Capital Advisors, Inc. is a member of FINRA and SIPC.

In 2008, Concentric acquired the Zinder Companies, including H. Zinder & Associates. Zinder was one of North America’s oldest and best-known energy consulting firms, having been founded by Hank Zinder in 1946, and having provided regulatory advisory, economic, financial and technical consulting services to hundreds of energy companies across the U.S. and Canada.
