John D. Taylor, Consultant, joined CEA in 2006. He has provided financial analysis, regulatory advisory support, and litigation support on various engagements. These include asset divestitures, state regulatory and federal litigation cases, and expert testimony and client initiated studies on a wide range of energy-related issues. Prior to joining CEA, Mr. Taylor worked as a public policy analyst within the international development community. He received a M.A. in Economics from American University and holds a B.A. in Environmental Economics from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
